I would like to say, before it becomes a world-wide trend, that the concept of a bridging wine was derived authored and perfected in 2011 by yours truely Gail McInnes in Wetherby, Yorkshire UK. I claim global copyright and patent for this concept.
BRIDGING WINE:
This is a wine that sucessfully eases the palate between white and reds during a tasting session. This is typically but not always a Rosé.
